Why Perth
Perth has the Art Gallery of Western Australia and the Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA). Part of Swanbourne Beach is one of Western Australia's clothing-optional beaches.
Perth is a long way from anywhere, so the more people apply from Western Australia, the sooner we can schedule a shoot there.
Fremantle, just south of the city, has its own arts community centred on the Fremantle Arts Centre.
You're welcome to apply from Fremantle, Joondalup, Mandurah and Rockingham.

Every shoot is paid on the day (details below). We're casting in Perth for Sunday Morning II, our couples book, and Riding Solo: Women II. Men can register for the next volume of Riding Solo: Men.

Do you shoot in Perth?
Yes, we cast in Perth. We don't publish fixed dates: we schedule a shoot once enough people there have applied, and once you're accepted we'll find a date that suits you.
How much do Perth shoots pay?
Riding Solo pays the equivalent of £120 per person and Sunday Morning the equivalent of £120 per couple, paid in Australian dollars on the day. The Inside Out add-on pays the equivalent of £30 extra. We never charge participants anything.
I live near Perth. Can I apply?
Yes. People from Fremantle, Joondalup, Mandurah and Rockingham are all welcome to apply for Perth shoots. If you'd need to travel, travel costs can be covered as long as we agree them before the shoot.
